In accordance with Spanish consumer law (RDL 1/2007) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU

1. Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days

Under EU law, customers in Spain have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date they receive the product — no reason required.

2. Conditions for Returns

• Product must be unused, unopened and in its original packaging.

• Customer must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

• Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (EU Directive Art. 16(e)).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened perfume bottles

• Gift sets that have been unsealed

• Items marked as final sale

4. How to Request a Return

1. Email us at info@prosistel.es with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to our address in Spain. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is faulty.

4. Refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

5. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing time is up to 14 days after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Faulty or Wrong Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost. Return shipping in this case will be fully covered by Haibat Al Oud.
