We make every effort to display product colours and packaging accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person.

We ship to Spain and selected international destinations. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Haibat Al Oud is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Returns & Refunds
Our return and refund policy forms part of these Terms of Service. Under EU law (Directive 2011/83/EU), customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
Opened or used perfume bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, in accordance with EU Directive Art. 16(e).
