1. Order Processing Time

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders within Spain and the EU, all applicable taxes are included in the product price. No additional customs fees apply.
For international orders outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may be charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Haibat Al Oud has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Haibat Al Oud is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@prosistel.es. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
Please keep all original packaging and take photos of any damage, as these may be required for a carrier claim.
